Is set up and break down part of my rental time?
No. Set up will occur at least 1 hour before the event start time. This is not part of your allotted rental time.
What areas do you service?
We generally service within 40 miles of Round Hill, VA (20141). Some exceptions can be made, depending on location, for an additional mileage fee.
What are the location requirements for your service?
We must have an accessible, level area at least 20ftX20ft so we may set up safely for your guests to enjoy. For all new locations, we would like either a quick site visit or to speak with the on site coordinator at least 30 days in advance. We just want to make sure Georgia is able to get in safely.
What if my location doesn't have power?
That's ok! Our quiet generator is included!
When are my fees due?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event. Should you book within 14 days of the event, the full rental amount will be due at booking. If your event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, your non-refundable deposit may be used towards another date, depending on availability.
